This page explains how you can use wallpapers found on ImaginaWalls, what is allowed, and what requires permission.

1. Personal Use License

Unless stated otherwise, all wallpapers on ImaginaWalls are provided for personal use only. Personal use includes using the wallpaper as a background on your devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile), and for non-commercial personal projects.

2. What You Can Do

You may:

  • Download wallpapers in the available resolutions (HD, 4K, 8K, etc.)
  • Use wallpapers as backgrounds on your personal devices
  • Share a link to a wallpaper page on ImaginaWalls (credit is appreciated)
  • Crop or resize a wallpaper for your own device screens (personal use only)

3. What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • Re-upload wallpapers to other websites, apps, platforms, or “wallpaper collections”
  • Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or bundle wallpapers (free or paid)
  • Use wallpapers in commercial contexts (ads, products, packaging, prints, merch, NFTs, resale)
  • Claim ownership or authorship of wallpapers you did not create
  • Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content

4. Commercial Licensing

If you want to use a wallpaper commercially, you must obtain permission from the creator and/or ImaginaWalls, depending on the specific content.

For licensing requests, please contact us with the wallpaper link and a description of how you plan to use it.

5. Artist Credits & Ownership

ImaginaWalls is a curated platform. Wallpapers are credited whenever possible, and ownership remains with the respective creator (or rights holder).

If you are an artist and believe your work appears on ImaginaWalls without permission, please contact us and we will review the request and take appropriate action.

6. AI-Generated Content

Many wallpapers featured on ImaginaWalls are created using AI-assisted tools and are curated for quality. Availability on ImaginaWalls does not automatically grant commercial rights.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions before using any wallpaper commercially.

7. DMCA / Copyright Requests
